Coming from a background in property finance and acquisition, Glen is used to seeing each property as a long-term project to develop maximum returns and benefits for the owner. Glen’s attraction to the property industry saw him form a company that provided high-level maintenance services and landscaping to managed properties, resulting in contact with investors and property managers. Glen made the transition into Property Management after realising he could provide a better service to clients after his own property was managed poorly.
Here he combined his knowledge of property finance and home maintenance to manage rental portfolios. Glen’s forte is to provide cost-effective advice on how to increase returns on a rental property and work towards minimum vacancy rates and keeping a property marketable and in demand. Keeping abreast of the latest changes in tenancy legislation, Glen is aware of the amendments and provides the right advice for his clients. Working with various leading companies in property management, Glen has built a reputation for providing a clear style of communication bound by a polite manner and efficient protocol. Glen’s truly ‘Blue’ as we say at Harcourts and both his son and his wife also work within Harcourts – it’s a family affair!
